Bob received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, California. He also holds the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). To obtain the CIC designation Bob had to complete five (5) national exams on various aspects of the insurance industry and is required to maintain a strenuous annual continuing education program.

Bob began his insurance career in 1970 and joined Jackson & Jackson, Insurance Agents and Brokers in 1976. Bob has extensive experience in agency management, product knowledge and risk analysis.

Over Bob’s years of experience he has developed expertise in the elevator repair industry, contractors, manufacturers, retailer and commercial property owners.
