Monique came to Jackson & Jackson, Insurance Agents and Brokers in May of 2008. She was hired to take over the newly created position of Operations Manager. Her responsibilities include automation systems management, web management, implementing and updating workflows and procedures manual. Additionally, she is in charge of our quarterly newsletters, human recourses and employee morale.

Monique brings a great deal of enthusiasm and energy. She is a quick study and is willing to take on any task assigned.

Monique lives in Glendora with her husband, Clark and two daughters, Samantha and Kennedi.
