Josie has thirty years experience in the insurance industry starting her career in the 1970’s. She spent the first part of her career in the Pasadena area receiving her license in 1976. Josie joined Jackson & Jackson, Insurance Agents and Brokers in 2000 bringing in her expertise in accounting, automation, and human resources. She serves as Office Manager and is an integral part of the Jackson & Jackson Team.
Josie has successfully completed the 5 national exams on various insurance service aspects earning her the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. She has also completed several other educational courses for insurance, accounting, and human resources. In addition, Josie is a member of (WUGAS) the Western Users Group Applied Systems and was asked to serve on their board.
Josie has relocated to Boise and is now working in our Idaho Office alongside Chris Larson. She has 3 grown sons and 2 handsome grandsons.
